PD Group offers an optional SMS program for appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, cancellation notices, and appointment-related service updates. This program is not intended for unsolicited marketing or promotional messages.
How to Enroll
Customers may opt in by entering a mobile phone number when booking an appointment and voluntarily checking the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox must be unchecked by default. Consent is not required to purchase services or book an appointment.
